For Seminarians in the AOCC

The AOCC currently has a theology program in place for those applying for holy orders with no formal education in theology. Sometimes there are those situations in which the applicant may receive "credit" for specific areas. Life experiences in the church may qualify an individual also for "credit." Some examples may be (but are not limited to) professing vows in an Order or Society, previous licensing as a lay minister-in the AOCC or other liturgical denomination, previous coursework in theology or divinity.

There are current opportunities for those interested in becoming a seminarian in the AOCC. Any woman or man who feels called to holy orders and wishes to serve in the AOCC should contact the Office of the Archbishop for further instructions.

Please note that the completion of any seminary course or the entire program does not guarantee ordination in the AOCC.
